Remarks: 

  • The above rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 17.7% Service Charge and Tax per room per night.
  • One-way car transfer from IATA designated Bangkok airports (BKK or DMK) to the hotel, maximum of 2 persons with 2 luggage.
  • Required van transfer with a maximum of 5 luggage is available with supplement charge at THB 300 net per van per way.
  • Bed type (twin bed) is on request only at Urban Suite and subject to room availability on arrival date.
  • All the rooms are non-smoking rooms. There is a THB 5,000 net smoking penalty per night if guests smoke in the room.
  • The guideline is subject to change according to regulation from The Government.

Term and Condition:

Deposit Policy: 100% full prepayment is required at the time of making a reservation and is Non-Refundable. Reservation must be fully prepaid by credit card or bank transfer once the booking is confirmed.

 

Cancellation Policy: Reservation is not allowed to be canceled. Full payment will be forfeited. No show will be 100% penalty charged.

 

Reservation Amendment: In case the booking has to be postponed due to flight availability, kindly inform the hotel via Email writing a minimum of 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid cancellation penalty and we are able to amend a booking for you without additional charge but the room availability will be subject to our availability.

 

To process the room reservations, please advise your preferred room type and intended period of stay along with the following documents.
